Peach Drop Biscuits
- 2 ¼ cups Bisquick
- 2/3 cup Milk
- 2 cups NC peaches – diced (2-2 ½ peaches)
Mix ingredients together and drop on ungreased cookie sheet using a teaspoon. Sprinkle with sugar or a sugar/cinnamon mixture. Bake at 450 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
